Where do I input information for the descriptions such as Type to populate with information on my HD Report?

Check Report settings what language you are using

Select language that you want to use and click save:

Go to Translation Tool. Select your language on the left column. Select Type in the middle. Click Pencil to add description on the right column.

Add Description and click Save

Go to Reports and add shortcodes:
